Gov. Granholm Celebrates Delta's Alternative Energy Program

The alternative energy expansion achievements of Great Lakes Bay Region employers and Delta College, has been recognized statewide and nationally. On Tuesday, October 13, 2009, Governor Jennifer Granholm visited Delta College to celebrate the success of Michigan’s No Worker Left Behind Program, as well as Delta’s collaborative Fast Start training program. Graduates of the Fast Start program, our chemical process technology students and their families, were invited to attend, as well as representatives of our collaborative business partners.
