From May 1, 2006

• Chair and/or co-chair various AQIP action projects that result from the strategic plan.
• Assume responsibility for implementation of continuous improvement principles throughout the College strategic plan. This responsibility presumes a major organizational cultural change and requires the assistance of the Center for Organizational Success.
• Work with John Politi and others who are expected to guide the College toward becoming a continuous improvement institution. Part of this work will include working with College internal and external stakeholders in assuring they have a voice as well as participation in the strategic plan.

Through May 1, 2006

• Assist in responding to questions required for the College to obtain membership in AQIP accrediting process.
• Chair and/or co-chair various committees assigned to respond to questions for enabling the College to obtain AQIP membership in the Higher Learning Commission.
