- Entry points for programs are at least one a year (Fall)…except for Nursing Regular Track, which is twice a year (Fall and Winter), and once a year (Winter) for Nursing Transition.
- Special registrations are usually held in June/August for Fall semester, November/January for Winter semester, and March/April for Spring semester. Students should consult the Course Planning Guide or online each semester for information regarding program offerings, and registration dates and times.
- A validation continuation request form must be completed each year to remain validated. NOTE: During the 3rd year of validation eligibility the student must attempt to register during the special clinical registration at the designated time and, if the student's program is full he/she must add their name to the waitlist in order to be considered for a one year extension. This extension will only be considered if their program is full and they are on the waitlist.
